Marjorie Beth Maxon Ware
of Grosse Pointe, died September 17, 2006. She was born May 6, 1928. Daughter of the late Lou Russell Maxon and Marjorie Dau Maxon. Married 59 years to Frank Banks Ware. She is survived by one son, Michael Christopher (Lin) Ware; two grandchildren Michael Christopher Ware Jr. and Alexandra Russell Ware; and one brother Lou Alin Maxon of Seattle. Marjorie graduated from The Liggett School and attended Stanford University. She worked for many years at Maxon Inc. Advertising and Campbell-Ewald in Art Procurement. Marjorie was a Past President of Sigma Gamma, a member of the Junior League of Detroit, the D.I.A., and active in Junior Achievement. Private services will be held.
