Alma Pearl Kemp Ware, of Pawhuska, Oklahoma, passed away Tuesday, May 22, in Bartlesville at the age of 103.
She was born June 21, 1908 to the late Mary Kemp in Bartlesville, OK. Alma worked for the Cities Service in Bartlesville and was of the First Christian faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Ware.
She is survived by a son, Robert F. Mergen and daughter-in-law, Margaret, of Mansfield, AR; a grandson, Mark Mergen of Greenwood, AR; a granddaughter: Amie Beshears and husband, Gregory Beshears, and great grandchildren, Camden, Chase and Sarah Beshears of Mansfields, AR; a daughter, Sue Lemon of Clearwater, KS; a grandson, Davie Lemon of Texas; a granddaughter, Tammy Kirstatter and her husband, Tim, of Kansas; Jamie Johnson and her husband, Roger, of Kansas; great grandchildren, Caleb Kirstatter of Kansas; Kaylee Seal and her husband, Santtana; Gavin Johnson of Kansas; Shanda Langston; Kelcey Johnson of Kansas; and her great-great granddaughter: Jada Belle Seal.
Graveside services were held Friday, May 25, at 3:00 p.m. in the Pawhuska City Cemetery. Rev. Ken Woodhams officiated. Interment followed.
