Frances Jeanne Ware  Passed away Thursday, March 26, 2015 in Berkeley, at 92 years of age. A native of Sacramento and long-time resident of Berkeley. Survived by her husband of 71 years, Dr. James R. Ware of Berkeley; daughter, Carolyn Cheifetz and her husband, Greg of Pleasant Hill; sons, James M. Ware of Berkeley, and Jeffrey Ware and his wife, Megan of Seattle, Washington; granddaughters, Jennifer Cheifetz and Kjersten Ware; and grandsons, Robert Cheifetz and Roscoe Ware. Jeanne was a devoted homemaker, and valued good times with her family above all else. She will be profoundly missed. At Jeanne’s request no formal services will be held. Memorial donations, if desired, may be made to the animal welfare charity of your choice.
