REIDSVILLE, NC – Lillian Ware Crenshaw Coker, 97, of Reidsville, NC formerly of Pelzer, SC went to be with the Lord Thursday January 20, 2011 at Avante of Reidsville.
Graveside services were conducted 2:00 P.M. Sunday January 23, 2011 in Reidlawn Cemetery.
A native of Anderson County, S.C. she was a daughter of the late John Hampton and Mittie Stanton Ware and had lived in Reidsville for the past fourteen years moving there from Pelzer, SC. She was a member of West Pelzer Baptist Church and was preceded in death by two husbands: Wayne Winfield Crenshaw and Benjamin Calvin Coker, three brothers and four sisters.
Surviving: Daughter: Peggy Crenshaw Saunders and husband Tommy – – – Reidsville, NC; Grandson: Herbert Wayne Sellers and wife Lee – – – Raleigh, NC; 5 Nieces and 2 Nephews of South Carolina
The family would like to thank the staff of Carolina House and Avante at Reidsville for their care and help throughout Mrs. Coker’s illness.
