Mary Lucille (Paul) Ware, 86, went home to be with The Lord on Saturday, June 5, 2010. She was born on October 24, 1923 in Bay Minette, Alabama to Angus and Alma Paul. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald S. Ware, Sr. She is survived by her son, Donald S. Ware, Jr., daughters Jo Ann Chittenden (Columbus, Ohio), Mickey Little (Sid) and Carla Sundy, fifteen grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, five great-great grandchildren and many special nieces and nephews, sisters, Bonnie Paul and Winnie Manley and brothers Malcolm Paul and Jimmy Paul. The joy in Mary’s life was her love of God and through her walk in faith, she duplicated His love by giving complete unconditional love to her children, family and friends. She was baptized in the Church of Christ and remained faithful to the end. To celebrate her 86th birthday over 100 family and friends came from all over the country to remember the gentle kindness, tenderness and love she had brought to them throughout her life. She will be greatly missed by all who love her. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, June 9th at the Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home, 729 Edgewood Avenue South. Services are being held on Thursday, June 10th at 11:00 am at Paxon Church of Christ, 852 Odessa Drive East. Interment will follow in Riverside Memorial Park Cemetery.
