Nell Ware Obituary, 2014

Nell Ware Born in Fitzgerald, GA., September 3, 1917, passed away in Tucson, AZ, at her home on Thursday, April 24, 2014. Nell was preceded in death by Archie Ware, her beloved husband of 55 years; her parents, Henry and Emma Nipper, and her sister, Ila Mae Dorman. She is survived by her niece, Linda (Franklin) McPherson of Tucson, AZ, and her nephew, Emil (Rhodora Maria) Posey of Huntsville, AL., two great nieces, Terri Lynn and Emili; great-nephew, Donny; five great-great-children. She attended Strayer Business College in Washington D.C. and was employed by the National Metropolitan Bank. After 43 years in banking, Nell retired as a corporate officer. Upon retirement, Nell and Archie moved to Tucson in 1983 and enjoyed the Arizona sunshine. As we share our stories and memories of how she lived her life, may we remember how much she enjoyed the company of everyone. Conversation was one of Nell’s attributes. She knew what was going on in world news, as well as keeping up with her community. She loved all animals, especially the many Boston Terriers names “Boots” that she raised. She will always be remembered for her sweetness and kindness. May a part of her live on forever in our hearts when we remember our Southern Belle-Nellie Bly. Mass will be held at St. Francis DeSales Catholic Church, 1375 S. Camino Seco on Monday, April 28, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. Entombment will follow at Our Lady of the Desert Cemetery. Arrangements by BRING’S BROADWAY CHAPEL.
