Charles Mathew Ware, 36, of Modesto died Sunday in Ceres.

Mr. Ware was a native of Los Banos. He lived in Modesto since 1978. He was a painter.

He is survived by his wife, Michelle Ware of Modesto; children, Chrystal Ware of Los Banos, Charles Ware Jr., Brian Ware and Chad Ware, all of Modesto; brothers, Stephen Ware of Modesto and Randy Ware of Los Banos; sisters, Jacquie Owen, Sharon Gillum and Patti Gonzales, all of Modesto.

A private funeral is planned . Allen Mortuary, Turlock is in charge of arrangements.
