Forrest M. Ware, 75, Jensen Beach, Fla., formerly of Kansas City, died Feb. 11, 1991, at the home. He was born in Higbee, Mo., and lived in this area from 1945 until he moved to Shell Knob, Mo., in 1972. He moved to Florida in 1979. Mr. Ware worked for the Kansas City Power & Light Co. for 28 years, retiring as a district supervisor in 1972. He was a Navy veteran of World War II and a member of the Swope Park Masonic Lodge.
Survivors include his wife, Ruth Ware of the home; a daughter, Carolyn Suever, Diamond Bar, Calif.; and two brothers, Wendell Ware, Kansas City, and Harold Ware, Kansas City, Kan. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Muehlebach Chapel; burial in Mount Moriah Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the chapel, where Masonic services will be at 8 p.m. The family suggests contributions to the Hospice of Martin County Inc., 2300 S.E. Ocean Blvd., Stuart, Fla. 34996.
