GOWER – Mildred D. Ware Burnham, 84, Gower, died Sept. 12, 1992, in a nursing home here. Services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Shipper Chapel, Colon, Mich.; burial in Lakeside Cemetery, Colon. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the Hixson-Klein Chapel, Gower. Mrs. Burnham was born in Colon and moved to Davenport, Iowa, in 1984 and to Gower in 1991. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Colon. Her husband, Don C. Burnham, died in 1977. Survivors include a son, Richard “Doc” Burnham, Kansas City; a brother, Thayne E. Ware, Battle Creek, Mich.; six grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
