VAIDEN — A memorial service for Ester D. Ware of Vaiden will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday at Southside Baptist Church on Highway 51 South in Winona.

Ms. Ware, 66, died of cancer Saturday, July 6, 2013 at the Vaiden Community Living Center.

She was born in Yalobusha County on Aug. 13, 1946, to the late Prentiss M. and Annie Louise Goldman Jones and was a member of Southside Baptist Church in Winona.

She is survived by her friends, Valerie Johnson, Kenny Self and Shirley and U.L. Palmertree, all of Winona; Shirley Compton and Maedee Allen, both of Vaiden; and Margie Morrow of Greenwood.

Billy W. Little will officiate at the services.
