She is survived by her brother, Ronald (Sandra) Ware of Blue Mound, Illinois, and her sister, Sharon (George) Leis of Osceola, Indiana. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews: Brenda Ware of Decatur, Illinois; Steven (Brenda) Leis of Cape Coral, Florida; Jonathan Leis of Elkhart, Indiana; Suzanne (Jason) Gill of Indianapolis, Indiana; Jason Leis of Osceola, Indiana; and Jeremy Leis of Osceola, Indiana.
Her parents and one nephew, J. Bryan Ware, preceded her in death.
Jacqueline retired from Caterpillar Tractor Co., where she worked in the payroll department for 30 years. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church. She was dedicated to her family and was always positive, encouraging and supportive. She loved gardening and taking care of her pets. She will be greatly missed.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, December 5, 2008 at Dawson & Wikoff West Wood Street Funeral Home with visitation one hour prior to services. Rev. Dr. Ellen Moma will be officiating at the service. Burial will be in Fairlawn Cemetery, Decatur, IL. Memorial contributions may be made to Grace United Methodist Church.
