Litho Ware Obituary, 1989

Litho “Brother” Ware, 64, of 2018 Wayne Ave., died Thursday in Polyclinic Medical Center.

He was a member of First Baptist Church of Edgemont; Chosen Friends Lodge 43, F&AM; Prince Hall Affiliate; Edgemont Fire Company 1; Ephraim Slaughter American Legion Post 733. He was a veteran of World War II and retired from the Navy Ships Parts Control Center, Hampden Twp.

Surviving are his wife, Netta Ware; a daughter, Spec. 5 Darlene McCullough of Nuremberg, West Germany; four sons, Litho D., Hamilton T. and Darrell, all of Harrisburg, and Spec. 4 Cleveland of Fort Benning, Ga.; a sister, Inez Smalls of Harrisburg; and four grandchildren.

Services will be held at noon Thursday in his church with the Rev. Edgar Murphy, his pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.

Friends may call from 10 a.m. until time of service Thursday in his church.

Winfield Funeral Home, Steelton, is handling arrangements.
