William S. Ware Jr. Obituary, 1992

WILLIAM S. WARE JR., 54, of Hurffville, died Wednesday at home.

Mr. Ware was retired computer operator for Ford Motor Co., Pennsauken, where he worked for 21 years. He served in the Navy from 1956 until 1960. He was a former treasurer at the First United Methodist Church, Glassboro, where he also was a member of the administrative board. He was a life member of the Hurffville Fire Company and was a former company treasurer and captain. He was a former member and the first treasurer of the Washington Township Board of Fire Commissioners. He belonged to Glassboro Masonic Lodge 85 and was a member of the Buck Hunting Club, Atsion. He was born in Woodbury and was a lifetime resident of the Glassboro-Hurffville area.

Survivors: his wife, Augustine C. Anstatt Ware, and his parents, William and Minerva of Glassboro.

Services: funeral, 11 a.m. today, First United Methodist Church, New and Academy Streets, Glassboro; burial, Hillcrest Memorial Park, Hurffville. Mathis Funeral Home, Glassboro.
