WILLIAM THOMAS WARE, 79, of Ridgeland, Miss., formerly of Memphis, retired supervisor for ADT, died of heart failure Sunday in Ridgeland. Services will be at 1 p.m. today at St. Mary’s Episcopal Cathedral, where he was a member, with burial in Memphis Memory Gardens. Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel has charge. He was an Eagle Scout, past master of Leila Scott Masonic Lodge 289, a Shriner and a member of the Scottish Rite. Mr. Ware, the widower of Dorothy Ware, leaves a daughter, Denise Ware Stacks; a son, Herbert M. Fields; two sisters, Emma Jean Smith of Memphis and Grace Ware of Pablo, Mont., and five grandchildren. The family requests that memorials be sent to Shrine Burn Center or St. Mary’s Episcopal Cathedral.
