YUKON On January 23, 1953, Billy Hayden Ware was born to Billy Bruce and Katie Ann (Hayden) Ware in Clinton, Oklahoma. Upon graduation from Ardmore High School in 1971, Billy served two years in the United States Marine Corps. Billy graduated in 1978 with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from The University of Oklahoma. He spent most of his career as a stockbroker working for many different companies, including American Century and Farmers Insurance. Billy will always be remembered for his larger-than-life personality, his compassion for others (especially children) and his deep love he had for his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Billy Bruce Ware; and his sister, Susie Arnett. His memory will be forever cherished by his children, Hayden (Samantha), Meredith (Nathaniel), Amelia (Steve), Jennifer (Jason) Kathryn; wife, Barbara Joyce Ware; mother, Katie Ware; sister, Anette (Bill) Pretty; brother, Bob (Leslie) Ware; and grandchildren, Brynna, Lincoln, Blake, Tyler, Kaylyn, and Kristen; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Services will be held at Chapel Hill Funeral Home on Wednesday at 10 a.m.
