MS. FRANCES P. WARE, 72, of Memphis died Monday at St. Francis Hospital. Services will be at 2:30 p.m. today at Memorial Park Funeral Home with burial in Memorial Park. She was a member of Underwood Methodist Church. She leaves a brother, Joseph Fredrick Proctor Jr. of Memphis. The family requests any memorials be sent to the American Lung Association.
