HUMBOLDT – Maxine Ramelle Ware, 68, of Millington, retired nursing assistant, died of heart failure Saturday at Methodist Hospital in Memphis. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. today at Rose Hill Cemetery. Shelton-Hunt Funeral Home has charge. She leaves a daughter, Shirley Smith of Fordice; two sons, Wayne Gilbert of Millington and James Gilbert of Jackson; three brothers, Billy Sumler of St. Petersburg, Brody Sumler of Pocahantas and Curtis Sumler of Perryville, 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
