Elizabeth “Betty” Ware
Mrs. Elizabeth J. Betty’ Ware, age 87 of Conyers, died Monday, November 19, 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, John Ware; mother, Henrietta Lindsey; and father, Robert Johnston. She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Gale and M.L. Prince, Jane and Steve Aultman; grandchildren, Amy and Mike Garrison, Stephen and Emily Aultman, Jr., Wesley and Carmen Aultman; great-grandchildren, Maclaine (Austen), Mallory, Alyx, Stone, Cade; sister-in-law, Mary Nell Steele; several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Ware was retired from the FDIC after 31 years of service. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Conyers where she was in the Ruth Sunday School Class and sang with the Singing Saints Choir. Betty was an avid Georgia Bulldog Fan and active in the GA Optimist Club with her husband. She loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and will be missed. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, November 24, 2018 at 3 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Conyers with Rev. John Mark Oliver and Vicki Chesney officiating; interment will follow at Green Meadow Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends from 1 until 3 p.m. prior to the service at the Church.
