LAVONIA – Louise Ware Hunt, 75, died Sept. 17, 2018, at her residence.

Born in Martin Oct. 7, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Rufus Hoke Ware and Mary Rachel Claridy Ware.

Survivors include her partner, Pete Walker; children, Terri and Terry Black of Albertville, Ala., Mark Westmoreland of Albertville, Ala., Scott Westmoreland of Savannah and Dale Westmoreland of Carnesville; siblings, Robbie Ware of Carnesville, Van Ware of Bowersville, Jo Ware of Toccoa and Allen Ware of Eastanollee; grandson, Justin Westmoreland of Denver, Colo.; and a host of other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Lamar Ware; and granddaughter, Melissa Westmoreland.

At her request, the body was cremated and a private celebration of life will be held by the family.
