Marcus Lloyd Ware, 63, went home to be with the Lord Friday, Oct. 18, 2019. He will be missed by all who knew him. He loved fishing and hunting and had a talent for finding out how things worked and fixing them.
He was born April 1, 1959, and was a graduate of Bradley Central High School. He worked at Ware’s TV and Appliance and APS.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Arnold L. and Wanda J. Ware Jr. Left behind to cherish his memory are his children: Benjamin, Brandon and Shaelyn; two sisters and a brother: Marilyn Duncan, Melinda Wilson and David Ware; four grandchildren: Brody, Aubrey, Carlie and Anthony; and so many more treasured friends and family.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, Oct. 22, 2019, from 5 to 7 p.m. in the chapel of Companion Funeral Home, 2419 Georgetown Road N.W. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will follow at 7 p.m. with Pastor Tommy Vaughn officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to help the family cover costs of services. The family would like to say a special thank you to David Griffith for his many kindnesses.
