“Benjamin was born in Henry Co., Indiana and moved to Howard county with his parents about 1847 and took up residence with them and his siblings in West Liberty, Union Township.

Harold R. Ware stated his father (John Wesley Ware) told him that Benjamin died when a tree accidentally fell on him. He was buried with his parents and brother (William P. Ware) in Forks of the Creek Cemetery, now Union Civil Cemetery.”
