Services for Wayne Ware Sr., 61, of Lubbock will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Resthaven’s Abbey Chapel with the Rev. Mitch Wilson officiating.

Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Park under the direction of Resthaven Funeral Home of Lubbock.

He died Monday, Nov. 12, 2001.

He was born April 21, 1940, in Oakwood and married Jeanie O’Nan on Aug. 16, 1957, in Lubbock. He worked for Clark Equipment and was a member of Temple Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Carol Dane of Shallowater; two sons, Wayne Jr. and Jimmy, both of Shallowater; a sister, Martha Cogburn of Comanche; and six grandchildren.
