Jane Bancker (Ware) Colven, 67, of Coburn Woods in Nashua, died Tuesday, Aug. 15, 2000, at her home. Mrs. Colven was born March 17, 1933, in Glen Ridge, N.J., daughter of the late Henry Jr. and Elizabeth Bancker (Dahl) Ware. She was a lifelong summer resident of Catsumet, Mass., and she spent her childhood in Summit, N.J. Mrs. Colven worked as a buyer for Filene’s in Boston, Mass., and for Cincinnati Bell Telephone before joining IBM. She worked for IBM as a systems analyst and systems trainer for over 30 years, retiring in 1991. She was educated in New Jersey schools, and she graduated from Brown-Pembroke University in 1954. Survivors include two brothers, Henry Ware III of Fort Washington, Md., and William Ware of North Falmouth, Mass.; eight nieces and nephews; seven grandnieces and grandnephews; and three stepchildren. The Farwell Funeral Service in Nashua was in charge of arrangements.

I believe the place of the summer house the family had was Cataumet rather than Catsumet.
