The Gadsden Oil & Gas Company, with a capitalization of $300,000, has been organized here for the purpose of drilling for gas in Owl Valley on the northern edge of the city.
The officers are: Otto Agricola, president; A. S. McGregor, vice-president; J. L. Herring, secretary and treasurer. The directors are: Otto Agricola, A. S. McGregor, I. L. Herring, O. R. Hood, J. S. Moragne, A. P. Reich, F. P. Jackson and W. C. Ware.”
