“Horace E. Ware was born in Milton, August 27, 1846; at Harvard College in 1867; admitted to  the bar of Suffolk County in 1869.  Mr. Ware was the representative to Massachusetts Legislature from the Fourth Norfolk District, the sessions of 1879 and 1880, serving both years on the Judiciary Committee.”
