WHEEL BURST.

Henry Ware Killed in a Saw
Mill Yesterday Afternoon.

Struck Over the Heart by Flying Fragments of an

Emery Wheel.

Henry Ware, aged about 28, a

Lamont, his home, met with a sudden
death yesterday afternoon.
He was engaged in “gumming” a
saw on an emery wheel, twelve inches
in diameter. The wheel broke, and
the fragments were hurled in every
direction, one piece striking the unfortunate
young man over the heart,
and killing him almost instantly.

The deceased was a son of Mr.
John P. Ware, and comes of a good
family.
The funeral took place this afternoon
at 3 o’clock at McKendree church.”
