Ciji Ware

Ciji Ware is an author of both fiction and non-fiction, an Emmy award winning television producer, journalist, sought-after event speaker, and radio host. A graduate of Harvard in History, she lives in the San Francisco Bay area.

Ciji Ware is a bestselling historical novelist, an Emmy-award winning television producer, reporter, writer, lecturer, and host. Perhaps best known as a commentator and personality for seventeen years on ABC Radio in Los Angeles, she has worked for PBS and all three major networks, covering a wide range of topics in the areas of health, consumer and lifestyle subjects. She is also a sought-after event speaker, print journalist, and the author of 6 historical novels, as well as the nonfiction work Rightsizing Your Life –selected by the Wall Street Journal as one of the “Top 5 Books on Retirement” for 2007. In 2010-2011, all five of her published historical novels, and the new work’ A Race to Splendor,” will be issued by Sourcebooks/Landmark. A past president of the Harvard Alumni Association/Worldwide, in 2007, Ciji became Senior Producer for an Internet startup, writing, curating, and producing in the category of Housing, Career Reinvention, and Lifelong Learning for a website in its Closed Beta phase.
