Although I have yet to match in Virginia, after some time with 37 markers I did match with two who descend from the Were/Weare family of Wellington, Somerset, U.K. Recently I upgraded to 67 markers, and matched with four others of Were/Weare family who descend from Halberton, Devon, U.K.
of which shows we all had a common ancestor prior to 1600.
Family tradition states the origin of these families is Weare-Gifford, U.K.
