This site called Virginia Memories will lead you the wills and lawsuits.  Copy to your browser and click on Search the Index.  Pick a County and type Ware in Surname Boxes 1 and 2.  An Index Page will appear for that particular County.  Click on View Details on the right and the cover page of the File will appear.  Open Full View and Click on the page number and Go to the Left.  These are original documents and sometimes can be difficult to read.  They are printable.
