“Miss Gladys J. Ware 79 died Thursday November 16, 1989 at the Claiborne Manor Nursing Home in Homer following a lengthy illness. She was a retired secretary in Claiborne Parish Tax Assessor’s office and a member of the Church of Christ. Survivors are two sister in laws Icy Ware and Ruth Ware, one brother And sister in law Seldon and Annie Ware, and One brother in law J. P. Staggs. She was the Daughter of Thomas Crate and Mary Delonia Smith Ware.”
