Jacquelyn Ware Obituary

LINCOLN – Jacquelyn “Jackie” Ware, 66, of Lincoln, IL passed away on Tuesday, November 15, 2011 at 8:28 p.m. at Memorial Medical Center, Springfield, IL.

Jackie retired from Lehn and Fink after 23 years in shipping as a fork lift operator.

She was a member of Middletown United Methodist Church and the Middletown American Legion Auxiliary.

Jackie was born July 20, 1945 in Pekin, IL the daughter of Everett and Maxine Bell Boyer. She married Donald Ware on December 30, 1983 in Emden, IL. He survives in Lincoln.

She is also survived by children: Connie White of Lincoln; Kim (Carl) Taylor of Bloomington, IL; Gary (Glenda) Skelton and Terry (Frankie) Skelton, both of Lincoln; Vicki (Dan) Bree of Lincoln; Kevin Skelton and partner(Donna Jones) of Middletown; step sons: Mark Allen (Linda) Ware of San Diego, currently serving in the US Navy; Michael James (Helena) Ware of Columbus, Ohio; one sister: Judy (Rick) McCoy of Lincoln; one brother: Jerry Wayne Boyer of Peoria, IL.; 18 Grandchildren and 32 Great Grandchildren.

Jackie was preceded in death by her parents; one sister: Waynetta and three grandchildren.

Visitation will be Friday from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at Fricke-Calvert – Schrader Funeral Home, Lincoln.

Services will be Saturday, November 19, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home, Lincoln with Roger James officiating. Burial will be at Zion Cemetery.

Memorials may be given to National Kidney Foundation or Donor’s Choice.
