“Died, on June 24th, Mrs. Sallie Ware, of consumption, at her home on Carpenter’s Fork. She leaves an afflicted husband and children to mourn her loss. She was loved by all who knew her and it is comforting for them to know that she passed from the scenes of earth to a mansion of glory, as she had lived a Christian life and breathed her last in praising the Lord. Her remains were brought to Union church-yard near Aliceton, where interment took place. Services by Rev. J. Edwards.”
