“Judge Ware was Judge of the 39th Judicial District Court of Louisiana since 1982 and at that time he was the youngest Judge in the State of Louisiana. He Graduated from West Monroe High School, Northwestern State University, LSU Law School and the National Judicial College. He was admitted to the Louisiana State Bar Association in 1975 and was admitted to practice before the Western Middle and Eastern districts in Federal Courts, the 5th U. S. District Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States of America. Judge Ware held many positions in many organizations especially dealing the Children. He was chairman of the Children’s Trust Fund Board, President Elect of the Louisiana District Judges Association, Treasurer of the Northwestern Louisiana Juvenile Detention Center, President of the Louisiana Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges. Chairman of the Judge’s Department of Corrections Liaison Committee, Chairman of the Juvenile and Family court Judges Legisiativee Committe, Chairman of the Rural Courts Committe, National Council of Juvenile and Family court Judges, Secretary and Treasurer of the Louisiana District Judges Association member of the Children’s Code Committe and continuing Revision Committee of the Louisiana Law Institude, Member of the State Federal Judges Legion Committee and member of the Judicial council of Louisiana. He was a distinguished alumni of the West Monroe High School Hall of Honor and the Northwestern State University Athletic Hall of Fame. He had a love for flying and was a licensed pilot with extensive flying experience. He was the son of Richard N. and Dixie Madden Ware.”
