“Willis Henry Ware, 85 of Anderson Road, Bear Lake died Saturday, Dec 24, 1988 at the Manistee Heights Care Center.
He was born Dec 5, 1903 in Bear Lake, the son of John H. and Jessie (Bond) Ware, and was a farmer and an area resident all of his life.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Jack (Joanne) Monk of South Bend, Ind.; a son, Jerry Ware of Onekama; five grandchildren; five great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife Ethel, in 1984.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, Dec 28, at 2 p.m. at the Edwards Funeral Home in Bear Lake with the Rev. James Carmichael officiating. Burial will be in Pleasanton Township Cemetery.
Friends may begin calling at the Edwards Funeral Home today, Tuesday, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. for visitation.
The Edwards Funeral Home in Bear Lake is in charge of funeral arrangements.”
