“Judy Lorine Ware, 65, of Grain Valley, passed away Nov. 24, 2007 at Centerpoint Medical Center in Independence.

She was born Sept. 4, 1942 in Kansas City, Kans., to Elroy and James Cox Hunt.

She married William H. Ware on December 6, 1957.

Judy was a homemaker and mother. She was a member of VFW Post #6272 Ladies Auxiliary. She loved to bowl and play Bingo.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Elroy Ware, in December, 1996.

She is survived by her husband of nearly 50 years, Bill Ware of the home; a son, Danny Ware and wife Gretchen of Pleasant Hill; two daughters, Brenda Evans and husband Tom of Oak Grove and Linda Price and husband Jeffrey of Independence; two brothers, James Sampel and John Sampel, both of Kansas City, Kans.; two sisters, Jackie Myers and Jean Fay Dinkins, both of Kansas City, Kans., nine grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral services were Nov. 29 at Royer Funeral Home, Grain Valley. Burial in Adams Cemetery, Grain Valley.”
