“Betty Marie Ware, 71, of Van Buren, Arkansas died Sunday, September 18, 2005, in her home. She was a retired medical records clerk for St. Edward Medical Center in Fort Smith, Arkansas as well as Crawford Memorial, and she was an Avon representative for 25 years. She also was a pie maker and hostess for the Warehouse Cafe in Van Buren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Patricia Morrow.

She is survived by one daughter; two sons; as well as several brothers and sisters; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral was held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, September 21, 2005, at Edwards Van-Alma Chapel with burial at Alma Cemetery under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren.

The family received friends from 7 to 9 p.m. at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Highway in Van Buren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Sebastian County Humane Society, P.O. Box 10953, Fort Smith, AR, or to the Donald W. Reynolds Cancer Support House, 3324 S. M. St. Fort Smith, AR 72903.”
