“Harold R. Ware is the son of John Wesley Ware and Nora A. Tennell, born 9 Aug 1893 in Union township, Howard county, Indiana. He lived here from his birth through the 1910 US Census. The World War I Draft Registration Card has him living in Kokomo on 5 Jun 1917.
He married Ruby Belle Ingels on 31 Jan 1918 in Howard county and the 1920 US Census has him living in Liberty township (Greentown is in Liberty twp).
The World War II Draft Registration Card of 1942 has him living in Greentown, Howard, Indiana.
After doing considerable genealogical work tracing his lines, he compiled his work into a 20 page paper that he mailed out to numerous genealogy societies and libraries.
He passed away 25 Nov 1965 and was interred in the Simpson Cemetery in West Liberty, Union township, Howard county, Indiana. His wife Ruby passed away 6 years later.”
