“Mr. J. Jerome Ware was found dead in his bed at the home of his nephew, Mr. Ernest Palmer this morning at daylight, it is supposed death resulted from heart disease.

The funeral will be held Friday morning at ten o’clock at Cove Creek Church. He is survived by one son Mr. Sidney Ware.”

Parents were Samuel Willhoit and Nancy Ware. He dropped the name Willhoit and went with Ware.
