“Aileen C. Ware, 92, retired from Hinds County Tax Assessor Association, died Wednesday at Hospice ministries in Ridgeland. Funeral services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Wright & Ferguson Funeral Home Raymond Chapel. Visitation will be today from 5-7 p.m. and 10-11 a.m. Saturday at the Raymond Chapel. Burial will be in Lakewood Memorial Cemetery.
Mrs. Ware was a member of Raymond Baptist Church, The Order of Easter Star, Raymond Chapter. She loved quilting and sewing for her family and Friends.
Mrs. Ware was preceded in death by husband, D.C. Ware and son, David Ware.
Survivors include: son, Alton and wife, Shirley of Terry; daughter, Bessie Wolverton of Jackson; seven grandsons, two granddaughters and 12 great-grandchildren.”
