“WINONA – Funeral services for Annie Marie Ware, 82, of Winona, and formerly of Greenville will be Tuesday at 10 a.m. at Smith Funeral Home, Greenville. She died Aug. 8, 2008, at Tyler-Holmes Hospital in Winona. Burial will be in Lakeview Gardens Cemetery, Greenville.

Mrs. Ware was born June 11, 1926, in Weir to the late William and Nannie Kellum. She grew up in Weir, where she attended school. She moved to Greenville in 1948 where she lived until 2005 when she moved to Winona. She was a member of Riverport Baptist Church in Greenville.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Ware, in 1988.

She is survived by three daughters, Linda Montague and her husband, Ronald, of French Camp, Margaret Muirhead and her husband, Brian Herbert, of Russellville, Ark., and Bobbie Bonner of Clackamus, Ore.; nine grandchildren, Brian Muirhead, Brent Muirhead, Curtis Montague, Ronnie Lee Muirhead, Danette Muirhead, Zachary Bonner, Jade Bonner, Cheyenne Bonner and Lucas Bonner; and four great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Monday from 6 to 8 p.m.

The Rev. James Dykes will officiate.”
