“ABERDEEN – Eardist Bell Ware, 86, died Thursday, March 8, 2012, at the Community Hospice in Verona. She was born July 10, 1925, to Gus Bell and Lizzie Gladney Bell. She was a lifelong member of New Hebron M.B. Church, where she served in the choir and the Missionary Society. She was a homemaker who truly loved her family.
Services will be at noon Saturday at New Hebron M.B. Church with the Rev. Sam Crawford officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Williams Memorial of Okolona is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include three daughters, Lizzie Carter (Willie) of Chicago, Iola Conner (Albert) of Denver, Colo., and Annie R. Ware of Weir; one brother, Robert Bell of Ben Harbor, Mich.; two grandchildren she reared, Deon Ware (Debra) of Aberdeen and Sharon Ware of Atlanta, Ga.; four other grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Albert Ware Jr.; a son, Nathaniel Ware; a sister, Ada King; and four brothers, R.C. Bell, Willie Bell, Leonard Bell and Milton Bell.
Visitation will be from 3 to 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.”
