EastTexanFuneral services for Freda Jo Ware, 53 of Flint, formerly of Carthage, were held at 5 p.m. Sunday, April 13, 2008 at Hawthorn Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Betty Wills officiating. Interment followed at Old Center Cemetery in Panola County under the direction of Hawthorn Funeral Home. Mrs. Ware died Thursday, April 10, 2008 in Tyler.
Mrs. Ware was born June 11, 1954 in Jasper. She was one of three children born to the marriage of William and Lenora Calhoun Watts. She was raised and schooled in Phoenix, Arizona completing schools in Silsbee, Texas. She placed her Lord above all else as a member of Abundant Life Church. She married Larry James Ware October 11, 1986 and celebrated 21 years together as a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She is preceded in death by her brother: Glen Watts.
Her survivors include devoted husband Larry Ware, of Flint; father William Watts, of Silsby; mother Lenora Webb and husband Fred, of Bullard; sons Jason Berryman and wife Kristie, of The Woodlands, and Chris McLemore and wife Stephanie, of Bullard; sister Susan Reed, of Boise, Idaho; sister-in-law Kelly Ferguson, of Mt. Enterprise; grandchildren Caroline Berryman, Camp Berryman and Dylan McLemore; numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
Pallbearers were Richard Anderson, David Boggs, Paul Boggs, William Jolley, Billy Lovelady, Shawn Stockton and Heath McLemore.
