“Mr. Lerlin D. Ware, 104, of N. Hulin Ave., died Saturday evening at Doctors Hospital in Augusta. Mr. Ware was a native of Wilkes County and had lived in Tignall all of his life. He was a resident at the Forest Lake Nursing Home in Martinez, and was a retired banker. He was a member of the Tignall Baptist Church, where he was the oldest member. Graveside services will be Tuesday at 3 p.m. at the Tignall Baptist Cemetery with Rev. Dale Fincher officiating. He is survived by a number of nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends tonight, Monday, from 7 to 9 at Hopkins Funeral Home in Washington, Ga. Memorial contributions may be made to the Tignall Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, 170 S. Hulin Ave., Tignall, GA 30668.
