BRATTLEBORO — Addie H. Ware, 98, of Brattleboro, died Thursday, Feb. 21, 2002, at the Thompson House Nursing Home. Born Aug. 10, 1903, in Pittstown, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Philander and Nellie (Hayner) Hall. She attended local schools in Pittstown. She worked for a number of years with the State of New York at Letchworth Village in Thiells, N.Y., as a mental health therapy aide. She was a resident of Townshend for many years before moving to Brattleboro. She was married to Leslie Ware who died earlier. She is survived by her daughter, Imogene Margiotta, of Brattleboro; two grandsons, Thomas Margiotta of New City, N.Y., and Richard Margiotta of Knoxville, Tenn.; and three great-grandchildren. A graveside service for Mrs. Ware will be held at the Mount Repose Cemetery in Haverstraw, N.Y., at a later date. There are no calling hours. Memorial gifts may be made to the Windham County Humane Society, Brattleboro, VT 05301. Arrangements will be handled by White Funeral Home in Townshend.
