Mary Mable Ware, 94, of Kanawha Run, Sutton, W.Va., died Nov. 6, 2005, in Crestview Manor Rehabilitation Center, Jane Lew, W.Va. Born Nov. 5, 1911, in Webster County, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late William E. and Luverna A. Ware Collins. Also preceding her in death were her first husband, Clyde Helmick, who died in 1939; her second husband, Lawrence “Abe” Ware, who died in 1996; two daughters, Gwendoline Ruth Mollohan and Rosemary Facemire; four brothers and five sisters; and one grandson. She was a member of Mount Zion Methodist Church in Webster County. She was a homemaker and enjoyed quilting, making rugs, gardening and playing the organ. She is survived by one son, John M. Ware of Sutton, W.Va.; three daughters, Jean Lewis of Newville, W.Va., Marie Weese of Buckhannon, W.Va., and Mildred Bonnett of Burnsville, W.Va.; and two sisters, Retha Brown of Hookstown, Pa., and Macil Brown of Morgantown, W.Va. Also surviving are 16 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 10, at Greene-Robertson Funeral Home, Sutton, W.Va., with the Rev. Larry Clifton and the Rev. Bill Griffin officiating. Burial will be in the Ware Cemetery, Airport Road, Sutton, W.Va. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Funeral arrangements are by Greene-Robertson Funeral Home, Sutton, W.Va.
