A graveside service and a memorial service will beheld Nov. 4 for Patricia Lorene Ware of Springfield, who died Oct. 31 of respiratory failure. She was 49. Ware was born March 7, 1956, in Salem, to Dick and Dawna Welty Ware. She graduated from high school and attended four years of college. She had lived in the Eugene-Springfield area since 1962 and worked as a licensed practical nurse. Ware enjoyed gardening, horseback riding and singing in the church band. She loved spending time with her dog. Survivors include her mother, Dawna Knights of Springfield; two sons, Nicholas Kremer of Portland and Christian Kremer of Springfield; two brothers, Michael Ware of Salem and Dan Ware of Visalia, Calif.; and a sister, Karen Olsen of Portland. Friday’s graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. at Springfield Memorial Gardens. Friday’s memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. at Thurston Community Baptist Church in Springfield. Major Family Funeral Home in Springfield is in charge of arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to Thurston Community Baptist Church.
