William Clossen Ware, 91, passed away in Whittier, CA July 29, 2000 of causes incident to age. He was born in Salineville, Ohio July 11, 1909 to O.F. and Maude Heathering-ton Ware. Bill married Dorothy E. Waltman in 1930 (deceased) and Susanne McKinney in 1999. He was a salesman and ceramics engineer for the Denver Fire Clay Co. and W.P. Keith Co. He was a 50 year Mason & Shriner. Member and Past Member of Mt. Moriah Lodge No. 2, F. & A.M.; Colorado Consistory, A. & A. Scottish Rite; El Kalah Shriners, A.A.O.N.M.S. and The Royal Order of Jesters. He belonged to the Kiwanis for over 50 years and was a member of the Golden Bears Muzzle Loading Club. He is survived by his wife, Susanne; a son, W. Kenneth (Lynn) Ware, Utah; two daughters, Joanne (Richard) Romney and Jeannette Ehrlich, both California; two stepsons, William F. (Kris) Aguirre and Eugene G. (Cindy) Aguirre, both California; 19 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren and six great great-grandchildren. He was married to Dorothy E. Waltman Ware (she died 1994) for over 65 years. Memorial services on Monday, August 14, 2000 at 12 noon conducted by Mt. Moriah Lodge No.2, at Evans & Early Mortuary, 574 East 100 South, Salt Lake City, Utah. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children Intermountain, Fairfax Road at Virginia Street, Salt Lake City, UT 84103-4399.
