Carolyn R. Hughes Smith Ware, 71, of Louisville, passed away Tuesday, July 22, 2008. She is survived by her husband, Danny Ware; two sons, Larry Smith (Jesse) and Robbie Smith (Alea) of Henderson; three daughters, Susie Page (Tim) of Murray, Martha Smith-Wathen of New Castle and Mary Rogers Witten; two brothers, Fred Hughes (Eva) and Bobby Hughes (Lorene); five sisters, Lois Whelan (Don), Phyllis Sabol (John), Janice Whelan, Kathleen Keiser (Matt) and Mary Moran (Ted); 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. The funeral is at noon today at Arch L. Heady-Russman & Sons Funeral Home, 1201 E. Oak St., Louisville, with cremation to follow. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the family or Hosparus.
