Helen Brooks Ware Obituary, 1994

Helen Brooks Ware, 66, of Brooksville, formerly of Dayton, died Wednesday at the Bracken Center. She was a former employee of Bobby Kalb’s Orchard. Her daughter, Elizabeth Simcox, died in 1977. Survivors include sons, David Brooks of Foster, George Ware of Germantown, James Habermehl of Dover and William Habermehl of Augusta; daughters, Angela Puccini of Augusta, Tammy O’Conner of Colorado and Missy Moran of Brooksville; sisters, Lenore Hayes of Odessa, Fla., Wanetta Dunn and Janet Casada, both of Mt. Orab, Ohio; brothers, Mills Brooks of Mt. Orab and Charles Brooks of Jameston, N. Y.; and 14 grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Moore and Parker Funeral Home, Brooksville. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Bracken Memorial Cemetery, Brooksville. Memorials are suggested to Hospice of Hope, 1 McDonald Parkway, Maysville.
