Edward Lynn Ware Jr. of Renton died March 18, 2004, in Renton. He was 57. Born Oct. 6, 1946, he graduated from Renton High School in 1965, and from the University of Washington in 1970. He received a master’s degree in education in 1986 and lived in Renton most of his life. Mr. Ware taught English and language arts at Franklin High School in Seattle since 1970. He was a member of the Renton Congregation Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness. A musician, he played the saxophone, flute and piano. He is survived by his son, Derek Kelly of Seattle; and daughter, Tamara Locke of Seattle. A memorial reception will be held at 3:30 p.m. Friday at Franklin High School in Seattle. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Renton Congregation of Jahovah’s Witness in Renton. Memorials may be made to Providence Hospice. Arrangements are by Greenwood Funeral Home in Renton.
